• Banquette area perfect for hanging out, doing office work, meeting up with friends
• Pool table and shuffleboard table
• Watermark’s pool with awesome patio features, including grills, a fire table, and a pool deck bathroom
• Fitness Center fully stocked with state-of-the-art equipment and a yoga room
• Secure package pickup at the Amazon Hub

And if you reside in buildings D and E, you’ll also have access to a Clubroom right within your building. These spaces offer a shuffleboard table, TV, patio, and plenty of comfortable space to hang out, work, or socialize.

Residents will have exclusive access to the clubhouse during open hours, which are being finalized. Details regarding clubhouse reservations for private parties are also being finalized.
