Pick up your packages from the HUB in the clubhouse, where packages from anyone (including retailers, USPS, all carriers, and Amazon) are delivered with email notification to your phone. You simply stop into the clubhouse at your convenience, use your key fob for parcel room access, and pick up your parcel. Safe, efficient, and reliable parcel management is part of the community design—it’s that simple.

Pet Spa for Your 4-Legged Friends

Fido can also stay warm, cozy, and clean all winter with the pet spa, which includes dog wash stations as well as dryers with heat or no-heat settings. Stations are located in each building, so what better thing to do on a cold winter day inside?
