I am intentional to say 🏠 home, as the management team puts a lot of effort into each unit, the property to make it “home”. The heated and cooled parking is an awesome feature, and the clubhouse has amazing amenities! There are monthly events that make living here a joy!”

“As my time at Watermark Terrace progresses, the use of the gym in the winter has been a lifesaver. The machines are modern and in excellent order. The assortment of cardio equipment is diverse. There is also a yoga or stretch room. When you need a quick junk food fix there is a vending machine. However it’s usually full of healthy snacks because all the unhealthy items get sold out quicker than their healthy counterparts.”
