Looking for something smaller or within your own building? Buildings D and E each feature their own club room—a smaller space for any resident’s use. Play shuffleboard, watch something on TV, enjoy the patio, and take advantage of plenty of comfortable space to hang out, work, or socialize.

North Terrace.

The North Terrace is a favorite for gathering outdoors. It features awesome grills, as well as plenty of seating options for eating al fresco, as well as an incredibly cozy fire pit for extending those cooler nights. It’s also a favorite spot to enjoy occasional community-sponsored gatherings with food, beverages, and entertainment on the terrace.

Residents also get to take advantage of tons of green space—like having a big back yard that you don’t even have to mow! Play bocce ball while grilling food, or set out a blanket to read a book or have a picnic. Then get that heart rate going—go for a jog on the path, or take a leisurely walk and take in the beauty of the pond.

Even your four legged friends have a space of their own! They’ll love the two Olympic-sized dog parks for running free all year long.

Pool.

When the weather is warm, you’ll love to beat the summer heat at the resort-style pool with water jets and a sundeck, exclusively for residents and their guests. Listen to the fountains and enjoy a book on a lounge chair, or take a dip and splash around. Nothing better than a community exclusive, gorgeous pool in the summer!
