Sheltering in place? Community amenities to keep you safe, happy, and sparkly clean!
We’ve discussed a few extreme bonuses our residents have enjoyed while “sheltering in place” at Watermark. (And, we must point out, these amenities are wow-worthy and loved by residents in normal times as well!) In addition to beautiful living spaces that are flooded with light and outdoor amenities that expand resident living spaces even further, resident lives are enhanced with several community amenities that put Watermark a cut above the rest.
A few outstanding community features, now (and always)!:
Butterfly MX Security and Entry System. Whether you are limiting contact with people because you’re under the weather, social distancing, or you just want to make it easy and convenient for guests to visit on a normal basis, you’ll love the keyless remote entry access. This smartphone video intercom offers secure and convenient access, as you can open the door for deliveries or visitors without leaving the comfort of your cozy apartment.
Pet spa. Fido can also stay warm, cozy, and clean all winter with the pet spa, complete with dog wash stations as well as dryers with heat or no-heat settings.
Amazon Hub. Your packages will love it! Online ordering has never been easier! Pick up your packages from the HUB in the clubhouse, where packages from anyone (including retailers, USPS, all carriers, and Amazon) can be delivered and will be kept secure for you until you pick them up. Order up and wait for your phone delivery notification from the parcel service. Then pick it up with your fob access—it’s that simple.
Indoor car washing stations. You don’t have to go anywhere to keep your car clean. The indoor parking garage includes a car wash station available for resident use. The stations even include a vacuum and air pump.
Restaurants galore. If you can’t get to the grocery store or you love dining out, pick up some food at any of the many restaurants that are just steps from the apartment. Check out our list!
