Sheltering in place? How about tons of outdoor spaces and amenities for fresh air living done right?
We’ve written about a few things that make Watermark residents perfect for those who are spending time indoors. But these aren’t the only amazing amenities available to our residents! When we planned Watermark at the Grove, we considered everything from within the gorgeous light-filled apartments to how their living space could be expanded to the outdoors! And while we didn’t anticipate social distancing would be a thing, we knew our residents would always value fresh air and a big back yard that is maintained for them!
Here are a few outdoor amenities our residents are loving right now:
Walking paths. When you want some fresh air and a beautiful walk, you’ve got one right outside your door. Enjoy the half-mile path that winds around the beautiful pond, and alternate with the full mile walk around the property grounds. Bring your headphones and listen to your favorite music, book, or podcast, or just listen to the sounds of birds chirping and rustling leaves. Go with your family, Fido, or on your own and clear your mind while you get those steps in.
Outdoor spaces. With all the outdoor spaces for residents at Watermark, your living space becomes vast! We’ve got plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the Terrace with its fire pit and gourmet grills, walking paths, dog park, and a huge field for playing frisbee, catch, corn hole, bocce, Spikeball…whatever outdoor leisure is your favorite! And the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. The accent lighting on the outdoor spaces is just right—subtle and beautiful, giving residents the chance to enjoy time breathing the fresh air and relaxing under the stars in the evenings and at night.
Grills. Move over, Bobby Flay! Gourmet grills on the North Terrace are available for everyone’s convenience. If you’re spending more time cooking at home, the world is your oyster.
Dog parks. Can your dog say, “Olympic-sized Dog Parks?!” Your four-legged friend has never loved apartment living more. Right outside your door, your dogs can run free to their hearts’ content! We even have two separate areas, one for small dogs and the other for all dogs. Muddy out? No problem! Clean up anytime in the pet spa, complete with dog wash stations as well as dryers with heat or no-heat settings.
