3. Gabutto Burger. This unique restaurant offers burgers with a Japanese twist. They recently won the Restaurant Guru “Best Seafood in Elgin” award, earring the No.1 spot of 68 seafood restaurants in Elgin.
Yelp review: “Been waiting for this place to open and it didn’t disappoint! I ordered the crabby burger (whole soft shell crab inside!) and my husband ordered the shrimp burger. It was DELICIOUS! All the ingredients are fresh and excellent quality: whole soft shell crab was seasoned and fried to perfection, cabbage slaw was super fresh and a great compliment to the crab, and the bun was soft and didn’t over dominate the crab…Great to have a unique Japanese burger joint in our neighborhood! We can’t wait to come back to try more items on their menu!
4. Mr. Wok. Sometimes you just need piles and piles of delicious Chinese food, and Mr. Wok will deliver (literally and figuratively)! They offer the full gamut of Chinese food options.
